2. Minimum Age
To use our services, you must be at least 14 years old. By registering and uploading your CV, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that someone under 14 has submitted personal data, we will delete it immediately.
3. What Personal Data We Collect

● Identification data: Name, email, phone number.
● Professional data: CV/resume, work experience, education, skills, languages.
● Preferences: Job interests, location, salary expectations.
● Usage data: App/website interactions.

5. Automated Processing and AI
Your CV is automatically processed using OpenAI to extract key information like skills, education, and experience. This enables us to better match you with job offers.
Our application uses artificial intelligence (AI) services provided by OpenAI to assist users in improving the formatting and structure of their CVs. This use of AI is limited strictly to content enhancement and presentation purposes.
We do not use AI for any form of candidate evaluation, selection, scoring, profiling, or decision-making related to employment opportunities. Under no circumstances will AI be used for purposes considered "high-risk" as defined in the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, including but not limited to automated decision-making in hiring, employment, or worker management contexts.
By using this application, you acknowledge and agree that:
● AI is employed solely to provide general content structuring support for CVs.
● All hiring or employment decisions are made entirely by human personnel without reliance on or input from AI systems.
● No personal data is processed by AI in a way that would constitute high-risk use under the EU AI Act.

6. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following legal bases:
● Your consent – When you create an account and upload your CV or to send email marketing communications in case you are not a registered user.
● Legitimate interest - To send you email marketing communications about our services in case you are an active user.
● Performance of a contract – To provide the job-matching service.
● Legal obligation – When required by law.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data (Data Retention Policy)
We only keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes explained above:
● CV and profile data: Stored for up to 2 years after your last activity.
● Account data: Kept until you delete your account or request removal.
● Legal/administrative records: Retained as required by Spanish law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 10).
8. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. Your information may be shared with:
● OpenAI, to process and structure your CV under strict data agreements.
● Potential employers, only with your explicit consent.
● Technical service providers (e.g. hosting, email) under data processing agreements.
● Authorities, when legally required.
All third parties that process your data on our behalf are considered data processors and have been formally engaged through Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). These agreements ensure that your data is handled securely, confidentially, and in full compliance with the GDPR.
In some cases, you may choose to:
● Download your CV on pdf or other available formats.
● Create a public URL or link to share your CV with third parties (such as recruiters, platforms, or social networks).
Please note that if you choose to download or publicly share your CV in this way, you are fully responsible for any further distribution, access, or misuse of that CV. From the moment you generate or share a public link or file, we are no longer in control of how that information is used.
We also share data with public authorities only when legally required to do so.
9. International Transfers
Some of our service providers, including OpenAI, may operate outside the EU. When this happens, we ensure your data is protected through:
● Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
● Other safeguards compliant with Article 46 GDPR.
