At Lightrun I conducted a focused exploration of large language model capabilities to understand realistic opportunities and limits. I tested model behaviors, documented strengths and failure modes, and synthesized clear guidance for when and how to experiment with LLMs. The work transformed abstract possibilities into practical criteria teams could use to assess feasibility and risk, shaping subsequent technical conversations.

When I became a manager at Triolla I deliberately shifted my view of responsibility from individual output to enabling others. I prioritized coaching, delegation, and aligning team efforts with broader goals, building habits that amplified teammates’ ownership and growth. That reframing changed how I measure impact and how I approach problem solving across the team.
