At Surfshark I led a workflow redesign to support a campaign needing around 6,000 asset variations. I rebuilt the Figma system with reusable layouts, components, naming rules and a clearer production structure so designers and producers could work in parallel. The new workflow cut production time from three weeks to about one, enabling faster iterations and predictable, repeatable asset delivery at scale.

Surfshark — redesigned Figma workflow for large campaign

Scaled campaign asset production to ~6,000 variants

Recently I built a small AI-assisted game prototype to explore how generative tools can shape interaction and visual direction. I flowed between visual design, interaction concepts, AI tool integration and light coding, iterating through constant playtests. The result was a playable prototype that clarified key interaction patterns and informed how AI can be embedded into UX and production workflows.

Personal project — rapid, multidisciplinary prototyping with AI and code
