I lead the HR strategy and operations for a fast-growing online gaming company. I have over 10 years of experience in HR, with a CIPD diploma and an MBA in Business Management.  My MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology is pending results!  I am working through the ILM Coaching qualification in coaching and mentoring too. 

I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment, where employees can thrive and achieve their full potential. I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider, and I have implemented various initiatives to promote well-being, diversity, and inclusion. I also ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance and coaching to managers. I enjoy taking on new projects and love anything data or systems related.
