In a cross-functional project I noticed recurring post requests eating up designer time. Rather than deliver one-off files I convened the marketing team, mapped their needs, and proposed a reusable template library and a lightweight production process. By shifting from bespoke Figma files to assembled templates, post production dropped from roughly a half-day to about fifteen minutes, increasing throughput and freeing design capacity for higher-value work.
