I work in UX, leading the end-to-end for a secure conversational platform serving banks and insurance companies, enabling trusted digital interactions through secure messaging, live chat, and collaboration tools. I’m passionate about design, technology, and psychology, and I’m curious about how users think, behave, and make decisions. I oversee the entire UX process—from research and brainstorming to usability testing, handoff, and close collaboration with engineers.
