In a short ideation sprint I applied the Crazy 8 technique to rapidly generate and prioritize AI feature concepts. I ran fast divergent rounds, synthesized the strongest ideas into prototypes, and translated them into requirements that compressed exploratory work into hours and directly informed the assistant's option set and UX.
