About the Role

We’re looking for someone ready to take the next step in affiliate marketing, not just manage partnerships, but truly understand and grow them. The ideal candidate has around 6+ months of experience (ideally in iGaming or sweepstakes), is naturally curious, analytical, and approaches problems like a detective. You’re proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Support and manage affiliate partnerships

• Source and onboard new affiliates and traffic channels (Telegram, Discord, etc.)

• Analyze performance data to identify what’s actually driving results

• Collaborate with the team to scale campaigns

• Monitor traffic quality and flag issues early

• 6+ months of experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming / sweeps is a strong plus)

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data

• A proactive, self-starter attitude

• Clear communication skills

• Additional languages (Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese)

• Basic knowledge of PPC / paid traffic

• Existing connections in the affiliate space
