oversee internal compliance processes, ensure fair play, and align marketing, CRM and product

About the role
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring marketing campaigns,
promotions, affiliation, customer engagement and more relevant processes to ensure they meet
our internal standards for fair play and customer protection. You will collaborate closely with
multiple teams to monitor offers, rewards, clients programs, and customer interactions, helping
to mitigate risks and ensure a responsible gaming experience.
Fair Play & Internal Compliance
Ensure all promotional campaigns, rewards, and offers are transparent, ethical, and aligned with company policies.
Work with marketing and CRM teams to review content, emails, ads, and in-game messaging to maintain clear and honest communication with players.
Oversee loyalty programs, ensuring they promote fair and responsible engagement.
Help design and enforce internal compliance guidelines for marketing, CRM, and product teams.
Marketing & CRM Supervision
Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to ensure messaging and promotionsfollow internal guidelines.
Review media, email campaigns, website content, and advertising materials to ensure accurate and responsible messaging.
Support the design of customer engagement strategies that maintain trust and transparency.
Process Improvement & Internal Audits
Conduct regular reviews of compliance processes across different departments.
Assist in refining internal workflows to improve risk management, customer safety, and
responsible gaming initiatives.
Educate teams on best practices in fair play, customer protection, and ethical marketing.
Work with external partners when necessary to enhance security, fraud prevention, or
internal policy development.
2+ years of experience in compliance, risk, customer protection, or a similar role in online gaming, social gaming or digital entertainment.
Understanding of customer engagement practices, promotions, and risk monitoring in an online gaming environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work across teams (Marketing, CRM, Product) and provide compliance guidance.
Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
Experience in risk analysis.
Familiarity with KYC, risk monitoring, or responsible gaming initiatives.
Exposure to compliance software, risk assessment tools.
Ability to adapt to fast-changing industry trends and internal policies.
